Returns

Since our products are printed, packaged, and curated specifically for each order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear images or videos of the package and product

Requests without proper proof will not be accepted

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Minor color or print variations

Damage caused after delivery

Incorrect kit or size selected by the customer

COD orders refused at delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

COD refunds (if applicable) are processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
