Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India through reliable courier partners.

The estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned before the order is placed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct name, phone number, PIN code, house number, street, and landmark.

Art Theory will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

An order may be returned to us due to reasons including:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

• Recipient being unavailable after delivery attempts

• Incorrect or unreachable phone number

• Refusal to accept the order

• Failure to collect the shipment from the courier facility

• Any other issue attributable to the customer

If a returned order needs to be shipped again, the customer must pay an additional ₹100 reshipping charge before the order can be dispatched again.

The ₹100 reshipping charge applies regardless of whether free shipping was provided on the original order.

The order will be reshipped only after the reshipping payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
