Art Theory Pricing – How Much Do Posters and Kits Actually Cost? (2026)
The question we get most before a first order is "How much does Art Theory actually cost?" This page answers it with the real numbers: every size, every kit, shipping, and the discounts that apply at checkout. All prices were checked against the live store on 21 October 2026.
Short answer: single posters start at ₹19, collage kits start at ₹199, framed prints start at ₹999, and prepaid orders of ₹649 or more ship free.
Single Poster Prices
Every design in the store is sold as a single print in four sizes. Pick any mix of designs and sizes to build your own wall.
| Size | Dimensions | Price | Works well for |
|---|---|---|---|
| A6 | 10.5 × 14.8 cm | ₹19 | Mirror edges, desk corners, filling gaps in a collage |
| A5 | 14.8 × 21 cm | ₹49 | Dense grid collages, shelves, small walls |
| A4 | 21 × 29.7 cm | ₹80 | Above-desk displays, bedroom walls, gallery walls |
| A3 | 29.7 × 42 cm | ₹149 | Statement pieces and anchors for a larger layout |
Every print is on 350 GSM matte cardstock with pre-applied peel and stick tape, whatever the size. There is no paid upgrade for thicker paper or the tape.
One thing to know before building a cart of singles: checkout needs an order value of at least ₹399. That is about five A4 prints, or a mix such as two A3s and two A5s (₹396) plus one A6. If you want hand-picked designs in one go, the Custom Kit lets you choose prints at the same per-size prices.
Wall Collage Kit Prices
Collage kits are curated sets from one collection, designed to work together as a gallery wall. All 13 kits use the same price grid. You choose a print size and how many posters you want.
| Size | 15 | 20 | 25 | 30 | 35 | 40 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A6 | ₹199 | ₹249 | ₹299 | ₹349 | ₹399 | ₹449 |
| A5 | ₹399 | ₹499 | ₹599 | ₹699 | ₹799 | ₹899 |
| A4 | ₹749 | ₹899 | ₹1,099 | ₹1,199 | ₹1,299 | ₹1,499 |
| A3 | ₹1,399 | ₹1,699 | ₹2,099 | ₹2,399 | ₹2,599 | ₹2,999 |
There are two more options. Mixed-size kits, which combine different print sizes in one set, cost ₹1,299 for 15 posters, ₹1,799 for 30 and ₹2,299 for 45. A 45-print A6 kit at ₹499 is available on the Vogue, Mlue, Noir Muse, Element Dark and Straight Outta 90s kits.
Kits versus singles: the per-print math
Kits cost less per print than singles at every size. Here is the comparison at 40 prints:
- A6: ₹449 for 40 is about ₹11 a print, against ₹19 single
- A5: ₹899 for 40 is about ₹22 a print, against ₹49 single
- A4: ₹1,499 for 40 is about ₹37 a print, against ₹80 single (40 singles would be ₹3,200)
- A3: ₹2,999 for 40 is about ₹75 a print, against ₹149 single
The trade-off is choice: a kit is a curated set from one collection, while singles let you pick every design yourself.
Framed Print Prices
Any single design can be ordered in a black gallery frame. Choose the Gallery Frame (Black) option on the product page.
| Size | Price (print + frame) |
|---|---|
| A4, black gallery frame | ₹999 |
| A3, black gallery frame | ₹1,299 |
Framed prints make the most sense as a gift, or when you want one finished piece rather than a collage. Framed items have a flat ₹50 shipping charge.

What Each Budget Gets You
Under ₹400: an A6 kit (15 to 40 prints for ₹199 to ₹449), a 15-print A5 kit at ₹399, or a hand-picked set of singles. Kits below ₹399 need another item added before checkout. A 35-print A6 kit at ₹399 clears the minimum on its own.
₹400 to ₹650: a 20- or 25-print A5 kit (₹499 or ₹599) or a 45-print A6 kit (₹499). Expect ₹50 prepaid shipping in this range.
₹650 to ₹1,100: this is where shipping becomes free. Options include a 30- to 40-print A5 kit, a 15- to 25-print A4 kit, or a single A4 framed print at ₹999 (framed items add ₹50 shipping). From ₹800 the ₹50 automatic discount applies too.
₹1,100 and above: 30- to 40-print A4 kits, the mixed-size kits, A3 kits and A3 framed prints. These orders get the ₹120 or ₹200 discount, and prepaid shipping is free apart from the ₹50 charge on framed items.
Is Art Theory Worth the Price?
What you get for the price: 350 GSM matte cardstock that does not curl easily, tape already on the back of every print, and kits curated so the prints work together on one wall. That means no separate spend on tape or strips, and nothing to plan before you start.
Customers who were unsure before ordering often say the same thing afterwards. One wrote to us on WhatsApp: "Initially I was a bit skeptical. Wasn't sure what the quality would be like. But they are absolutely amazing. Worth every penny." Many orders also arrive with a few extra posters tucked in, which customers often mention, though it is a surprise rather than something we promise.
